BodyTalk Group Session

A group session is a session that is done for more than one person at at time. These individuals are placed into an energy matrix together and then common topics, interests, concerns or issues can be addressed. Group sessions are very effective because as humans we all share emotions, experiences frustrations and belief systems. When having group sessions you can work on many issues that you and many others share. Because many are in the session sharing the experience the energy and focus of the session is magnified.
Group sessions focus on these shared elements while individual sessions focus on a persons personal and unique issues. This is why personal sessions are important in every persons healing process.
